SC Pride Identity

South Carolina Pride, at the time, was a 20+ year old organization that had suffered from multiple changeovers in leadership and never had a strong and central identity. Based in SC’s capital, Columbia, and representing the whole state, the organization benefits now from a logo with the defining state capitol building integrated with traditional pride rainbow colors, coupled with a bold use of the word PRIDE. Recognizable, changeable with colors, and still strong, the mark has begun to carve a brand for the non profit, whose attendance doubled the year the new branding efforts were brought on, and has gone from 7000 to more than 55,000 in just five years.
