Before I design anything, I take the time to really understand your organization through discovery and feedback, so the concept I present is the strongest direction based on everything I know. If it doesn’t land, we talk through what’s missing and I present a revised concept based on that clarity. This approach leads to a stronger, more considered result than choosing between several rushed options.
