Who owns the final files, and can I use them however I want?

Once your project is paid in full, you own the rights to your logo and identity, along with any finalized, print-ready files we create together. Original/source design files remain mine unless we negotiate otherwise (for an additional fee). I also retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
